My furnace stopped working this afternoon.....no day that you want to be without heat. I called Putnam's, they arrived within the hour. Two men, 2 trucks....very polite and professional. My furnace was fixed within the hour !! Am I happy with the service.....I sure am and would recommend them to others ! Thank you so much !

I WOULDN'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY SUCK. NEW FURNACE BROKE TWICE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. AMAZING HOW THIS HAPPENS AS SOON AS THE WARRANTY RUNS OUT. DEFECTIVE PART ORIGINALLY INSTALLED AND THEN THEY TRY TO CHARGE ME. BBB WILL HAVE MY LETTER IN THEIR HANDS BY THE END OF THE WEEK. NEW FURNACE SHOULDN'T DIE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE WITHIN A YEAR. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU WILL BE SORRY.
Bailed us out in January when another company dropped the ball. So glad we switched to Putnam!
