Whatever the rating is BELOW poor is my rating. My 2014 Jeep Latitude has been at this dealership for almost 2 weeks with NO RESOLVING the transmission issue it clearly has. I paid for a LIFETIME WARRANTY when I purchased my Jeep in 2014 but no one there can seem to "diagnose" the issue (because my car has SAT THERE IGNORED for the majority of the time there!!!)
