They fixed my issue but I think it's over charge. 1. It was less than 20 min job. I was expecting it should be easy job. They charged me 250. 2. Same company with complicated job(watch camera, clean up over 8ft underground) but it was similar price 275. 3. 3rd times with this company I think it's really depends on who come to you. Good company but i think you need better supplier control if you are not onlh family business.

Putman Plumbing was professional and very honest regarding my water system. Brent spent time testing my water, offered suggestions then went out of his way to purchase bleach and return to work on my softener. He helped me understand my system and how it worked. He did not try to sell me any special product or attachment or equipment. If the procedure he performed to regenerate my water softener does not work in time then I most definitely will call Putman and Sons Plumbing again for their expertise. I would not use their service ever again! They charged me $225.00 per hour for labor! Highway robbery! Took his good old time too! 2 hours for labor was $450. That was just to replace a leaky tub faucet/spout. I had them replace all the fixtures in the tub so they would match. I have no complaints for the cost of the fixtures, but I was obviously taken advantage of when it came to labor. So to replace a shower head, faucet, & spout cost me $642.59.
