Putman Plumbing was professional and very honest regarding my water system. Brent spent time testing my water, offered suggestions then went out of his way to purchase bleach and return to work on my softener. He helped me understand my system and how it worked. He did not try to sell me any special product or attachment or equipment. If the procedure he performed to regenerate my water softener does not work in time then I most definitely will call Putman and Sons Plumbing again for their expertise. I would not use their service ever again! They charged me $225.00 per hour for labor! Highway robbery! Took his good old time too! 2 hours for labor was $450. That was just to replace a leaky tub faucet/spout. I had them replace all the fixtures in the tub so they would match. I have no complaints for the cost of the fixtures, but I was obviously taken advantage of when it came to labor. So to replace a shower head, faucet, & spout cost me $642.59.

Be careful utilizing Putnam and Sons Plumbing. Service was good, but price is an extreme rip off. We had a plumbing issue due to backwater flow valve that had excess glue during the home construction. This caused the toilet to not flush. We called Putnam to evaluate what was cause. When we called for service, we were told $150/hour and $75 each additional hour. When the tech arrived, we were told a camera inspection was necessary to find the cause.
