Darren did a great job! I called after 10pm when I discovered my sump pump stopped working and left a message for a call back in the morning. They called me at 8am and they were at my house by 2pm. I would absolutely recommend Putman and Sons.
I called Putnam and Sons about a leaky faucet. After getting a quick response, an appointment was booked. The plumber Dwayne was prompt and polite. He worked quickly and was very knowledgeable! We will be calling Putnam to send Dwayne to us for all our plumbing needs from here on out!
I have senior parents and they helped to fix a problem with brand new hot water heater that someone else installed. The second visit, they realized it was an a/c unit that was not working properly that caused all issues. They were reasonable and flat rate and did not even charge for second visit. I would have been ok if they did, but you just dont see things like this often. Still need hvac to get checked, but Putman & Sons has always been solid. I would recommend them to anyone!
Had a sump pump issue this evening. Jeff came right out and was awesome. He was very friendly and gave me some good advice on a backup system. Got me fixed and prevented a much bigger issue for me. Used these guys in the past for a water heater and shower repair as well. Would definitely recommend and will use them in the future.

Extremely professional and simple billing. Instead of charging a service call fee to come out and then tell you how much like most places do they charge a reasonable hourly rate that then goes to half hour increments if needed. From the first phone call to the plumber that did the work my impression was nice, courteous, Fair pricing, and understanding of the situation. What more could you ask from a company. I will use them in the future and strongly refer to my professional, and personal networks for sure.
This was by far one of the best service experiences that I have ever had. They were on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable. The guys were great and had no problem answering all of my questions and addressing all my concerns. Their pricing was great. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get the job done right the first time.
Mark and Cody are my heroes!! My sewer line was causing issues... filled with roots and they did a complete clean out. Cody took me step by step thru the process. Extremely honest and upfront. Mark and his crew are completely fair and so polite. Highly recommend Putman and Sons plumbing. I will call no one else!! Thank you guys!!!
