All fee, no service 3 weeks after calling Putman for help with a leaky bathroom faucet, a technician arrived to tell me I had a leak (Duh!) - $150 please! Though I asked about the part leaking, no detailed info was supplied (my own research later identified a quick-connect part). He left saying I would be contacted “tomorrow” in/re part availability.
