All fee, no service 3 weeks after calling Putman for help with a leaky bathroom faucet, a technician arrived to tell me I had a leak (Duh!) - $150 please! Though I asked about the part leaking, no detailed info was supplied (my own research later identified a quick-connect part). He left saying I would be contacted “tomorrow” in/re part availability. A week later I had to call them to find out that nothing had been addressed yet but, they’d get right on it. Several days later they did call back to say that the part was ... read more

On time, hard working, fair and skilled
John arrived on time did his work very professionally and was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely be asking for him the next time I need a plumber. My only negative about Putman Plumbing is that they don't do estimates but rather do a trip charge and then charge by the 1/2 hour for the job. I think most people would like to have some idea of what the job will cost before the work is done. I must add though that the cost of my job was in line with the estimates that I got from two other plumbing companies.
