The provider was very helpful and the service really works. This agency was amazing with my child's issues I would refer them to anybody great job.
I have had no previous affiliation with this company other than an unfortunate auto accident involving a vehicle belonging to the business owner. Therefore, outside of a transportation standpoint, I can't comment on the level of service it provides. I recently learned that this business used the vehicle to frequently transport clients and/or their loved ones without the use of a business based insurance policy to cover expenses in the event of an accident.
