No concern for the amount of pain I was in after my surgery, I was shaking so bad from pain it felt like my body would shake apart from pain, Dr Yu, said I was fine and went to get lunch. My daughter found him in the cafeteria and told him he had to do something for me that I was a strong women and I was not faking my pain. Surgery was a success but no excuse for letting me suffer like that. Make sure you Have family with you,

My husband had to have surgery for clogged veins in his lower leg. Dr. Sivia did an OUTSTANDING job of describing exactly what was wrong, what he planned to do including alternatives if his primary method wasn't appropriate once he saw the veins first hand. He was compassionate, clear in his instructions and diagnosis, and made us both feel very comfortable in choosing him, albeit it was a referral from our primary care doctor. Highly recommended!
Good doctor but waiting over 2 weeks for a report and plan of action is not only unacceptable but dangerous.

Dr Yu had excellent bedside manner, he remained professional and and was honest with all the possible procedures and diagnostic testing that he was considering to find the root of my problem. After my final procedure was completed, with in 25 min he was at bedside with his plan of care for me. Thank you Dr. Yu for excellent care.
Dr. Sivia is an excellent doctor who listens and is very attentive and friendly. He is professional and explains things in a way that a person can understand. I am so glad I got him as my vascular surgeon. I would definitely recommend him!
Dr. Sivia did emergency surgery on my husband when his abdominal aortic aneurysm began to leak and frankly, Dr. Sivia saved my husband's life. He is thorough; he is very compassionate to family members and most importantly, he has his patient's best interests at the very center of all that he does. Dr. Sivia is remarkable!
