How can this business have a 3.9 rating ? It should be a lot higher than that. Quality equipment , staff that has the knowledge to help choose the right equipment and delivery and installation better than one would expect. Plus the Tulsa store is operated as a business should be ran.
Spoke with Alex the store manager several times over FB messenger about purchasing a treadmill and driving to pick it up. She was extremely accommodating and was actually priced will below other corporate stores. In my several week search I had gotten lucky and the life fitness treadmill I had wanted went on sale online on the actual company site so had called my closer Olathe PPP location and ended up purchasing from them instead. My wife is a marathon runner ... she wore out her treadmill which was uncomfortable to run on and I wouldn't use ... we needed a substantial machine to stand up to her relentless running and to entice me to get off my 66 yr old behind and do something to attempt to not die young ... the folks here were extremely knowledgeable and took time to work with us as we were selecting a new treadmill ... my goodness the blasted things are expensive, but, there are many instances where you get what you pay for ... we chose a Spirit tr... read more
It took a while to get in contact with the company. When finally reached they did a great job of coming out and informing us of what was wrong with our machine. Then returning once the part had arrived and installing. Friendly and personable tech!
