Sent my shock in flat rate USPS from New York on Tuesday 11/1, had it back by 10:30 am Saturday, 11/5 and was in the trails at 11:30 am. Tis the season to Push your suspension! And yes, the factory tune I got for my simple Evolution shock makes a huge difference on my 2015 Burner.

I had Push tune my fork in December! Super awesome! Has really helped me up my game! Even more impressive: I had a seal start leaking (most likely due to some damage on the stanchion) a week ago. They replaced the seals under warranty and turned it around in two days! Therese guys ROCK! Well worth the money!
I sent my rear shock in for my trek ex9. In the past, I could never get the shock set up properly. I am 6 foot five, and 240 pounds, and the bike would always Bob unless I overpressurized the shock. All I can say is that paying the extra money to push for tuning the shock to my weight was the best money I ever spent. This is an essential service for anyone who falls outside of the typical weight range that bikes are designed for. I will definitely send it back in next time I need service.
Sent my 2015 Fox Talas in for the "Factory Fork System Elite" tuning system and it turned it into a beast...Customer Service (Christina) was awesome to deal with. Rich, the tech that worked on my fork, personally called me and discussed options...he was very knowledgable and awesome to talk to...I recommend Push to anyone that wants to step up their game
Amazing customer service. Did what other shops said wasn't possible. I recommend all specialized stumpjumper fsr owners to call push.
The communication and customer service were great. They received my fork and got it rebuilt/upgraded and shipped out the same day. I am excited to get it back on my bike and try it out. Great experience overall. The only thing left is the test ride. Thanks Push Industries.
