After nearly three years of working out under the fantastic coaching team at Push Fitness, I am in the best shape of my life, and gaining muscle while reducing body fat. I couldn’t be happier with the results, but even more importantly, I’ve made valued friends along the way. I can’t recommend Push and the team there enough. You can challenge yourself here; no matter what your ability level, it is tailored to you and the coaching team helps keep you focused and growing.

Push is the absolute best strength training program in the Bridgeville area! Heavier lifting twice a week has really changed my body and pushed me to lifting weight I would never do on my own. Great coaches and positive atmosphere!
