To make an extremely long story short, this place is horrible. They let me run out of my medication when they had weeks to fill it and being constantly called and reminded. The doctors never knew my medications or diagnosis as if they didnt have any of my information. This place shouldn't be open. Sadly my husband was seeing this facility as well and they did the exact same thing that happened to me. I have used this place over the past few years. It started out perfectly fine, and has steadily gotten worse every single interaction. I have gone through multiple providers at this office. They cannot seem to hold down a set staff, from front desk clerks to medication managers. The last week was the last straw. my medication manager was on vacation and forgot to renew my medications. and then sent in the incorrect prescriptions. then the pharmacy was unable to refill it and cannot get the medication in time. The providers give excellent care. They are knowledgeable and compassionate. The office staff is very helpful and kind. I have had a great experience here and highly recommend to anyone looking for mental health care.
