2 out of 3 appointments canceled... first appointment was to break the ice but the second one was canceled because she was seek and the third one was a lame excuse... I was outside theyre place 45 minutes early, and they called me 3 minutes before my appointment to tell me she had a flat tire and she was gonna be after 10am... that if I wanted to reschedule... It’s interesting that four of the five-star reviews occurred at the same time (7 months ago from the date I wrote this review). I was referred here in January 2025. I made an appointment that was canceled by the facility at the last minute. My follow-up calls and messages to reschedule were never returned. I’ve managed to hang on without help, but today, after feeling worse for a while, decided to try again with them rather than to start the referral process over again. To make an extremely long story short, this place is horrible. They let me run out of my medication when they had weeks to fill it and being constantly called and reminded. The doctors never knew my medications or diagnosis as if they didnt have any of my information. This place shouldn't be open. Sadly my husband was seeing this facility as well and they did the exact same thing that happened to me. I have used this place over the past few years. It started out perfectly fine, and has steadily gotten worse every single interaction. I have gone through multiple providers at this office. They cannot seem to hold down a set staff, from front desk clerks to medication managers. The last week was the last straw. my medication manager was on vacation and forgot to renew my medications. and then sent in the incorrect prescriptions. then the pharmacy was unable to refill it and cannot get the medication in time.
