There are many things I could highlight on how poorly my first appointment went but I will focus on Dr. Purvis’ professionalism. To the moment I stepped into the office I felt weird. She did not greet me or introduce herself but just asked my name and gave little to no eye contact. I actually had to ask if SHE was the doctor... Dr. Purvis is wonderful, she came highly recommended to me by my last chiro when he closed his office, she provides top notch care in a equally hospitable manner.
Dr.Purvis was my very first Chiropractor experience and I honestly can't say enough good about both her and her practice. I had been diagnosed with early stages of degenerative disc disease a few weeks ago and had gone to a physical therapy appointment where the doctor I saw disregarded what I had told him, focused on a separate issue he believed to be the cause of my pain and ended up causing my left hip to be shifted, putting a ton of pressure on my sciatic nerve giving me absolutely HORRIBLE pain.
