We are first time owners and he took us through our first weekend of house viewings. He gave us enough context and asked us the right questions to help us realize that we got lucky and found a good house on the first outing. He guided us through the offer process and helped make ours the accepted one, despite not being the most money. He then guided us step by step through the rest of the process and continues to be responsive to questions. He was an absolute delight to work with.

It was so smooth; the online checklist laid out the whole process from cleaning, landscaping, and staging to open houses and offer review dates. After we handed him the keys we literally did no work at all, got the offer we wanted, and the whole transaction closed in three weeks. We'll definitely work with Pursuit again in the future!
