We used Purselley Pools 10 years ago when we lived in Fort Worth. They did not service the Aledo area when we moved here and had to use a different company. We switched back to Purselley when they started servicing the Aledo area. Their service is great! If we have a problem, they come take care of it immediately. They are the best pool company I have used.
Excellent company. They set the bar very high. Far superior to the previous company we used. Easy to reach, quick to reply. Prices are fair. Very prompt and thorough. Office staff is great and management is excellent. They have provided service to us for over 5 years, and will gladly continue to do so.
We’ve been very happy with Purselley Pool & Spa. This company helped us refinish our pool with a beautiful mini pebble finish. We have used them to service our pool for the nearly 3 years we have owned it and, during this time, they have kept the pool in excellent shape. Additionally, the few times I have called with a special request they have taken care of it with 24 hours!
We have lived in Southlake since 1998 and have used a pool service Company since 2002. Purselley is by far the best Company we have ever worked with. They have always been prompt, professional and taken care of any and all needs. I have used their service for almost 2 years. I was new to being a pool owner and they have been incredibly helpful.
We would not use anyone else to handle our pool service except Purselley! This is our first pool and without Purselley Pool and Spa we would be lost. They come every Wednesday morning rain, snow, wind or shine to service our pool. If there is any sort of problem or issue Karen will always call and let us know what is going on. We are never charged anything over the monthly service amount unless we approve the charges. They are prompt, friendly and great at what they do. We have been with at least 4 pool service companies and Purselley Pool & Spa is by far the best. They have not missed a day and when our pool needs extra care, they are quick to respond whether with an extra cleaning or a repair. 5 star company.
Prompt, respectful, responsive and efficient. I have been using the service for nearly a decade and have been very satisfied. Recommend with enthusiasm. Give them a try...........you will not be disappointed.
