UPDATE: Mr Purselley had this issue resolved and we are continuing as a client. Rupert assured us that the quality would be consistent going forward. We have been a client for over three years and the quality has gone down hill. Sticks and debris left in the pool and the excuse was that we needed an algae treatment. Could be. But the tech left nothing to that effect, and sticks and debris are not algae. He arrived after 6 pm and just wanted to be done for the day. RecommendedPurselley to the rescue! Baron showed up early on a Saturday when we were panicked after having fired a different company to re- do our pool. He had our minds at ease and tile samples at our door within an hour! All the crews that worked on our pool were professional, courteous and respectful. I cannot say enough good things about this company and our pool is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

We have used Purselley’s Pool service for 16 years and love them!!! We have always had reliable & thorough service from them. Our pool is an older pool & has some “quirks” due to age, soil settling, etc. If Baron & his guys can’t fix something, they never hesitate to recommend someone who is equally reliable to help us out. We can call them anytime we have a problem, and they always come to our aid in a timely manner. Their prices are fair, and their service is impeccable!!!
Purselley Pool & Spa is the best company in town. Very responsive team that fixes any issues and responds to various questions almost immediately. Have been using them since 2010 and the pool has been awesome year round ever since. Don't go anywhere else for your pool needs!
We used another company years back and just had too many problems that never got corrected. I’ve had this company cleaning the pool for several years now. Not without a glitch here and there. But a quick call and any issues are corrected immediately. Still a customer and will be for the foreseeable future.
