The groomer did an amazing job with my two shihpoos they look adorable and Alison was able to keep the ears from being trimmed off completely due to some matting! Thanks ladies!!
Rachel has been grooming my cats for a couple years now. They only see her twice a year but she remembers them and how their temperament is and what the need done. She is patient and understanding with my one cat, who is not the best behaved. She's been the only groomer my cats have been able to sit for. Thank you Rachel, you're the best.

My cat has been getting groomed through their mobile service for at least 5 years but when i tried making an appointment today I was told I was out of the service area! I've lives in the same house for 10 years! The cut off for the service area is literally less than a mile from my home! They did send an email that other people out of the service are were grandfathered in but I wasn't. I guess being a repeat customer means nothing to them. So disappointed.
