We have been taking our Cats there for over 20 years and had great service until Dr Eileen Lau took over the business. Long waits, lack of follow up, looking for every opportunity to charge you. Staff is not polite nor helpful. Layers of people with ‘Titles’ but No Service. Called for a refill prescription and they didn’t want to fill it because it was from Dr. Bader who quit along with Dr. Dean. Both were excellent! We do not recommend this place.

The change in environment here is sad. A year ago when I would come in, I would be greeted by smiling faces and warm personalities. Now, it’s completely changed. There is none of the same staff is there and the staff that is there is no where close to what it was. One of the newer nurses who has dark long hair is very cold and condescending when she speaks. Very friendly staff that care about the animals they have in their care. They are knowledgeable, very happy with the service I get there.

I was assured that my cat would be observed for 5-6 hours after 18 teeth extraction due to severe autoimmune gingivostomatitis. In reality, 26 teeth were removed and cat was discharged 40 minutes after the procedure …..the clinic was closing… I paid $3250 to take the cat home….bleeding and in pain. Absolutely horrible experience. if you love you cat,never use this clinic NEVER

This is the BEST place to take your cats. They boarded both of my loved little ones for a week and would send pictures, videos, and updates every day. It really lifted my spirits while I was in the hospital. After bringing them home, I think they want to go back!
