Director of the entire office called to cancel our intake appointment 21 minutes before she was supposed to be at our house. Several issues with the caregivers. I could elaborate but I don't have all day. Trust a former professional mystery shopper, business coach, and caregiver/house manager, I would not hire them to care for your loved one.
Fantastic company!! Works very hard to make and keep everyone happy and well taken care of!! Would recommend a million times over!
We had such high hopes for this company. Their reviews seems fantastic. One of the caregivers we had was a great companion for our family member. However, the leadership, communication and professionalism from management was NOT great. Bre and TJ run the portage office and both do not communicate together or to their staff appropriately.
