Four of us had a wonderful dinner on a Friday night. Covid friendly atmosphere and very tasty menu. Would return next time in PC!

Great consistent wait staff, great wine selection, excellent food with much of it raised locally, With a local proprietor who does it all to make sure his guest are treated well. Try it and you will see why Purple Sage is successful!
Sat at the bar and really enjoyed my food. Duck was awesome, and enjoyed the beet salad.
Always delicious! Love the mini corn muffins, the duck with sugar snap peas, and the jalapeño mac and cheese. Travis and his team always make us feel welcome.
Had a great anniversary dinner here on Saturday night! Thank you to Joel for the awesome recommendations. The daily special of pork tenderloin and mashed sweet potatoes was so delicious and the green chile pork stew was so flavorful! (can't wait for my breakfast leftovers later) The fall special deal is an excellent value. We hope to make it up there one more time before it ends and try some of the other entrees!
Outstanding dinner!!! The soup, entrees and dessert were off the charts delicious...superb!!! The owner waited on us and he was extremely nice, pleasant and very professional. We cannot wait to come back!!!
