While visiting my family in Henderson my niece suggested going to Purple Penguin. First time trying.. This was no snow-cone like I have ever tasted!! Sooooo refreshing and sooo delicious. Im from Illinois, can't wait till my next family visit to Henderson and Purple Penguin.
Never expected to like shaved ice with ice cream but it was so good!
I'm glad it is open again for the summer. We were counting down the days until it reopened. Already been there a few times this year.
