I like the texture of the shave ice, however there were a few chunks of ice. I had Tiger's Blood flavor which is a combo of strawberry and coconut...delicious! My hubby had plain strawberry which is a bit tart. I miss Matsumoto's and Shimazu's!!! � Anyway, it's not exactly Hawaii kine shave ice, but not bad for Las Vegas.
Love this place !!! Just wish they would make Tangerine a permanent flavor...
