I requested a mix of my two favorites, Keylime Pie and Cheesecake and Purple Mountain delivered. I didnt quite know what to expect mixing these two but I was greatly impressed. I opened the box to see a beautifully decorated cake. From first bite the flavor profile was spot on. It wasnt too tangy or sour if you will. The cake itself was light and perfect consistency. Had the coconut one at Italian Grill in Auburn, IN. It was delicious! Only thing was that it could have had a little more coconut flavor or shaved coconut on top.
No matter where I live in the world, coming back to visit Fort Wayne is only made sweeter by these people. I'm planning a visit in June and already nieces and nephews are asking what flavors are we going to have this time!
