The building was easy to locate. The establishment was very clean and smelled like lavender and vanilla. The staff was prompt and very respectful.

Cant get anyone to answer the phone or call back just terrible service I got in contact one time I was trying to fix my mic on my phone to talk but they j hung up an I tried calling back no answer an another time I called to someone answered an I wanted to schedule a appointment they said okay they will call back later an never did

I went to Purple Moon unexpectedly I was at the wrong location however she was willing to take my funds and provide the tasc evaluation on me. - Ms caster put information that wasn't pertaining to myself or anything to do with my situation in the paperwork she was sending out to the courts. When approached about the situation she had a nasty rude attitude like she was doing me a favor she stated she would remove her document submitted and I could go to someone else but wasn't offering a refund.
