A terrible excuse for a company. The prices weren’t worth it to begin with. Support other local businesses in town that don’t treat people the way they do.

I don't recommend anything about it. Fat shames customers and makes them pay for the store's poor layout. I hope the fire Marshall visits you so you can stop scamming people out of their money. Your dangerous layout is intentional at this point when you've known it was an issue for years, and have not fixed it. *Attached are several different reviews mentioning how they scam customers out of their money. 😘

RecommendedThis store is amazing! You can find anything from crystals to shells, artisan soaps to farmhouse decor, incense to jewelry, and the customer service has always been fantastic! I’ve grown up here and unlike some of the reviews here, I actually GO to this store on a regular basis and have never had a negative experience. I have shopped at Purple Moon several times for gifts for family. They have a huge eclectic selection of gifts. The staff is always friendly. Love the selection of gems and minerals.
This shop is packed to the brim, over priced, and ran by fat shaming rude people! I have grown up in this town and love to support local, but I will not support a small business that 1. I do not feel safe walking into as there are boxes, merchandise stacked in a way that if you pick it up you might start an avalanche. 2. Is so disrespectful and a down right bully to people who do not fit their ideal customer. I will no longer be shopping at purple moon and this shop is a disgrace to this town!
Overcrowded and claustrophobic. It’s not very welcoming to strollers, those with children, and people who need walkers, crutches, or wheelchairs.
If you don't want fat people *accidently* breaking expensive things.....heres a thought for you.....don't put expensive $500 items where a customer could potentially knock them over. Incredibly disappointed in your reflection on our community.
