Inconsiderate owners and staff, not disability/mobility friendly in the least. Overcrowded displays make it almost impossible to move through, even for "non-large" customers. Overstimulating and anxiety inducing as the displays are close together and packed to the brim. Do better. Be better. in addition, give that lady a refund. It was YOUR own ineptitude that caused the accident. You should be ashamed of yourselves, fat shaming a customer and threatening her with police, ESPECIALLY in the wake of George and Breonna. so crowed and over stimulating. im always afraid to buy anything because if you pick something up who knows what could fall.. God forbid someone gets hurt i don't know that emergency medical services could safely get to you without breaking a "$500" item. they would probably charge the EMT because that's the kind of shop they are.
