I've been in twice recently looking to purchase a piece of jewelry and was not greeted or helped after 45 minutes, so I left. I stopped in today to give a second chance and was not helped after 20 minutes. I will not be back. immature, rude& unprofessional staff. I will purchase jewelry online.

Very rude & unprofessional staff. I was sold an item (advertised as new) that turned out to be cracked & assembled incorrectly by the staff. After mocking my request to my face, I was basically told “tough luck, not our problem” by 2 employees, one of them claiming to be a “manager.” Anyone reading this should take their business to a legitimate retail establishment instead of purple haze.
Thanks so much Brandi for finally fixing my labret situation and thanks for the advice on the others I appreciate it so much it doesn't even hurt anymore.
