RecommendedMy 10 year old daughter had her ears pierced today and we couldn’t have been more pleased! From the ladies in the front who helped us with paperwork to the energetic lady with incredible patience who took her time to talk my daughter through it and pierced her ears with zero tears, I want to thank you!
Carrie did my industrial and did a excellent job! She did not have the correct size bar the first day I got there but I went the next day and she had it ready so she let me jump ahead since I had already paid for my piercing! Would recommend!
Got my nose redone here. Very friendly staff & the lady that pierced my nose done better than the first time I had my nose done years back out of town. (:

Lost this customer to multiple trips with not enough staff. Plan to wait. Forever. Save yourself the headache and head to Asheville.
I got my nose pierced here about two years ago, very friendly staff and so helpful! Didn’t have any problems w/ my piercing. Sadly it’s closed now, but I can’t wait to go back for new piercings in the future.
Carrie pierced my nose & did an awesome job! I was so worried since I was traumatized by a nose piercing in the past, and she assured me it would not hurt. She made me feel so comfortable, it was painless!
Had my both my daughters ears done. They are 7 & 5 . Brandi and Nikki were very professional as well as caring. They took their time and made sure my girls were comfortable, even though they were very busy. With 2 piercers available, they did both ears at the same time. Made it so much easier on my girls. The only thing I suggest is you plan on being there for awhile. We arrived at 2p and didn’t leave until 4pm. And the piercing took less then 30 min for both girls! I would definitely go back.
