We have been using this water company for so many years. Javier has been servicing our home and been a part of our children growing up. They remember fondly the years he took the time to talk with them and show all he was doing. They loved when he’d come to our house! Have used Puroserve for a while now for our restaurant and while the system works, the service is terrible. The driver decided to try to deliver our salts before we are open even though it’s noted on our account what time we can take deliveries. This has happened several times and even though they admit they know they were mistaken they still don’t bring us our delivery. They’ve missed two deliveries due to their mistake and refuse to bring us our deliveries for at least another two weeks…it didn’t used to be this way but th... read more
Javier had been servicing my reverse osmosis system for over 10 years. He is excellent at doing what he does. The water coming out of the faucet is always “perfect”. I certainly hope that he continues to do my servicing! He’s really excellent. I tease him about doing his servicing blindfolded. We both think that he could do that, but we haven’t actually tried it yet. Thank you for such an excellent employee! Really!!!!!

Javier Aguilar was excellent. Has been with the company forever and his experience is vast. Went above and beyond! Puroserve has great employees that are friendly. I would recommend Puroserve to anyone looking for better water conditions at home.
