I give a 5 star rating to our contractor frank and Kayla and Justin for making our home safe and clean before frank came out . Not only were they all super knowledgeable but they were also so compassionate with what we were going through . Frank was very proficient and accurate with his work . He also made us feel super comfortable living in our home while reconstruction was happening. This man works SO hard and long to make the clients happy . I have referred Todd and his PuroClean team on many occasions. My business is completing home inspections and I find mould issues in many properties I inspect. I need to trust the companies I refer to my clients. Todd has never disappointed me. I always follow up with my clients to be sure they are happy with the service they received. We had flooding in our basement and Todd came that night to get the clean up process started. He explained everything he was going to do so there were no surprises. It took a number of days to do the emergency work. Each evening they cleaned up and took the waste with them. One storage shelf was discarded because of water damage. We had a flood after the July 16th torrential rains. We reached out to our insurance who reached out to Puroclean on our behalf. Within an hour Tina from Puroclean was in contact with us. Within two hours of the initial phone call. They had a team at our house assessing the damage and mitigating. Kayla was fantastic to deal with.
