Very poor service. Engaged in agreement to have work done. Jim promised work but failed to deliver. Repeated unreturned phone calls to him - repeated messages unreturned. Paid in advance for work and radio silence from Jim despite repeated calls (weeks) of calling for him. Need to file theft charges or, file small claims action in order to seek the return of my money back from this dishonest firm and unprofessional representative. CAUTION when hiring them !!!!!!!!!!!!
Highly recommended Puroclean. They are easy to work with, accommodating and did a great job. The pricing was fair and invoice and payment process easy. They were on time and the finished project was perfectly done. Attentive, courteous and professional!

This company is absolutely wonderful ! After two years of renovations my basement , attic and garage were dusty , dirty, smelly and just a mess. They came in , cleaned , sanitised and made everything look fabulous ! Highly recommend Jim and his team, they are a pleasure to work with !
We recently had a sewer back up in our basement. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time it has happened. When searching for the right company to help us this time around, we were beyond grateful and happy with the job that Jim and his team provided.
