I would give zero stars. However it is not an option!!! It is unacceptable and deeply concerning that a company claiming to specialize in mold remediation failed to use the proper equipment to identify the source of the mold. The conditions on-site were clearly unhealthy, yet you James insisted there was no problem. That assessment was inaccurate and irresponsible given the evident risks to human health. From start to finish the team was professional, understanding and knowledgable. They made a stressful cleanup situation far easier to deal with. Highly recommend and will use again if and when the need arises.
