We came home to our wash machine overflowing and destroying 3 levels of our home. First call was to Puroclean Stafford. The team came out really quick and got to work. They stayed until after midnight, then were back first thing the next day (and two more days after) They took care of us, kept us informed on what was happening. They cleaned up all the disaster (flooring all removed- LVP and carpet) I would recommend Abdul, Parwiz and their team at Puroclean ro anyone who finds themselves in this unfortunate situation.

Called late on a Sunday afternoon and had a rep to my door within an hour. Next morning, the process to treat a leaking faucet started. The team that arrived in the morning were fast and friendly and professional, working quickly to get their equipment place and the drying out process started. They handled the entire insurance process, all I had to give them was the claim number and they took it from there. Would 100% recommend to anyone having to deal with water removal from their home.

Working with insurance on water damage can be complicated enough - this company provided a free assessment that focused on identifying and explaining the underlying water damage cause/problem, and resolve before moving onto the cosmetic repair! They are very personable, patient, honest, thorough, and professional! I highly recommend contacting the Stafford location for water assessment, and if a claim like mine, they will work with the insurance co for mitigation.
