Avoid this company! They left my house a disaster and walked off the job. ARC arrived and dropped off 2 humidifiers and then I didn't hear from them for a month. Finally got them to come out and pull out damaged drywall, which they did. They told me they could also do the drywall repair work, but then later, when the work needed to be done, they declined. As a residential property manager, it's crucial that we have a reliable company to lean on when emergencies happen. We panicked when we found water in the basement. Chris and his the team at ARC were our saviors after a water pipe ruptured and flooded it. They were quick to arrive, and dealt with our insurance. The basement was dry and ready for rebuild within approx a week with no fear of mold of stench. You certainly won't be disappointmented if you call ARC and save the number. They also have a great referral system for finishing, carpet, etc

Highly recommend this company. You can speak directly to the owner as needed, and they have always been great to work with. Fair priced, and fully explained recommendations before we made a plan. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Jeff Ruckman for inspecting my roof. I am pleased to share that no hail damage was found.
