Our neighborhood, close to the beach, was flooded causing extensive damage to our house. In the midst of this horrible situation, I asked a contractor friend who he would recommend for cleanup and mitigation services. He recommended Puroclean and said it was the only cleanup company he trusted. Puroclean arrived the next day. I can’t say enough good things about PuroClean. I had an AC drain line clog that caused water damage to my flooring, and I called them out to take a look. Jacen and Justin showed up quickly and were absolutely fantastic. Instead of trying to upsell me or push unnecessary services, they were honest and told me the damage wasn’t severe enough to justify a full remediation or insurance claim — and even gave me tips on how I could repair it myself.
