The team at PuroClean was kind, professional, and took great care in addressing the water damage in my home. Their attention to detail during the repair process was much appreciated. However, my water damage originated from the dishwasher, and they sealed it with water and several dishes inside for weeks. The PuroClean team was excellent. Everyone was thorough, responsive, and amiable. I appreciated their professionalism in the process. Everyone I interacted with was thoughtful about their role in the project’s management. I recommend them if you’re already dealing with the stress of mold. Working with them will likely be the easiest, most relieving part of the process.

PuroClean was recommended to me by my plumber. They were able to send a team out the same day that I called to inspect my home. Jay and Shawn were very professional and explained everything they were doing to determine the approach to take. They answered all of my questions. They gave me an honest assessment of my situation and they did not oversell their services. They were courteous and personable. I would recommend them.

Will almost make you happy you had a water leak (not quite). But these guys really did everything they could to make a bad situation better. Genuinely seem to care about their clients - friendly, empathetic, and reliable. The work was also done professionally and efficiently and the team worked flexibly with my schedule. Highly recommend.

It's increasingly rare to find folks who sincerely care about their craft and service in most industries today. Jason and his crew at PuroClean are exactly those unicorns. They went above and beyond actually identifying the source of my water damage/leak in addition to their mitigation efforts in multiple rooms.
