I was served by Pureclean of Waterford. The mitigation crew members were very professional, helpful and respectful of my property. The main person named Marcus was excellent.He let me know what he was doing and what to expect as far as mitigation goes. I appreciated that. The follow up guy named Mark was professional as well.

We operate a commercial lab in Ann Arbor and recently had a mishap late on a Friday. We called Erica over the weekend and she and the team were on-site first-thing Monday morning prepared to fully remediate the problem. They did so in a few hours and had us back up and running. We also work with Erica and her team for regular, ongoing clean-room cleaning. The service is always consistent, reliable, and top-notch. We highly recommend PuroClean of Plymouth.

Erica and her team were at our house quickly, and stayed until everything was safe for my family. Erica and Kevin were amazing. I discovered water damage in my basement bathroom (and I suspected the presence of mold) over a weekend, and I called PuroClean. Even though it wasn't usual work hours, someone was there to answer my call and help me. Erica called me back that day and scheduled a time for the coming week to come inspect the water damage in my house. Had water in our basement recently, was given information on this company and called. They were as fast and efficient with their response and clean up. They were honest when explaining their process, felt like they actually cared about me and the stress I was under and gave tips of how to prevent this issue again and did mold prevention! Definitely recommend this company, helps they are local as well!!
