Basement flooded due to condensation from evaporator coils not draining properly. Leaked all over the furnace and then into the rest of the basement. Artan came by within a couple of hours, assessed the damage, called a HVAC guy who came shortly after to stop the leak. Emergency work started the next day. Ripped up everything that was wet in the basement (floors, some drywall, baseboards) then setup fans + dehumidifiers. Took pictures along the way to send to insurance. I had a great experience with Greg at PuroClean. He was very responsive, fast, and kind. His team took great care of our home during the process and everyone was so easy to work with. We really felt like we were in great hands.
Our basement flooded in late May one night after a torrential rain storm / sewer backup. I called a plumber that we know who said "Give me 5 minutes, Greg from PuroClean will call you." Greg called a few minutes later, he asked a few questions about what we were seeing, and told me that he'd be on site first thing in the morning with his team. They took care of EVERYTHING. Quick and efficient in getting the job done. Greg is always great at communicating and flexible with schedules while Tom and his team did a great job on the mold removal and even went beyond that and did some extra cleaning. If you want a team that knows what they are doing, explains everything throughly, and gives you lots of options I'd recommend this team.
My basement had a flood, and Puroclean did the cleanup. They did an amazing job. Right from laying a carpet from my entrance to the basement and covering all the closets with a plastic and at the end they not only vacuumed, swept and mopped the floor. They were very thorough.
