I had a great experience with PuroClean when my basement flooded due to a water softener pipe issue. Their remediation was efficient and thorough — all wet materials were removed the very next day, and I am happy with the restoration work. Thank-you to Perry, the project manager. PuroClean was absolutely amazing! All of the employees were very professional, helpful and empathetic when we were faced with a difficult situation after our brother’s death. They were available to do the job promptly and provided us with a detailed quote within hours. Our basement flooded in late May one night after a torrential rain storm / sewer backup. I called a plumber that we know who said "Give me 5 minutes, Greg from PuroClean will call you." Greg called a few minutes later, he asked a few questions about what we were seeing, and told me that he'd be on site first thing in the morning with his team. They took care of EVERYTHING. Excellent experience with PuroClean of Markham. We were very stressed when our tenants reported that the basement was flooding. Greg was very responsive, explained the situation and his recommendation, then made sure that the situation was quickly remediated.
