Jeff and Casey were simply the best! I was having such a hard time with my home insurance company, and they still had all of the patience in the world in responding to my many, many inquiries trying to sort it out. Their service was prompt and professional, but what really blew me away was just how personable it was. They talked to me like a person instead of just a payday, and for that I cannot thank them enough!
Super thankful for Jeff and Casey as they came quickly and took care of the water damage in our home! What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned into making new friends. They answered allll of my questions, which were many. They were professional but also very friendly! Explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was going on. They always called and let me know when they were headed my way and were always on time when they said they’d be there. 10/10 recommend them for any troubles that may unfortunately occur.

Casey and Marissa were AMAZING! I’m highly satisfied with my services from Puro Clean. Due to being a disaster relief company, I really don’t want their services again, but I know who to call if something happens.
