Had Ryan out to look at a water leak that came from heavy rain. He looked at the area and gave me contacts of roofers to identify the problem. All FREE of charge. When I needed the area dried out he provided the equipment needed to do that and stopped by everyday until it was complete. Excellent customer service!
We are so thankful for PuroClean of Keller! We woke up Sunday morning to a leak in the bedroom, PuroClean came out right away to help us clean up and dry out our carpet. Ryan was super professional and even helped us find the source of the leak! Thank you PuroClean!
