Our experience with Marco was fantastic. After coming home to a burst pipe in my sun room PuroClean was setting up water mitigation equipment two hours after the first phone call. They were professional and walked us through what and why they were taking certain steps. After a few days of PuroClean drying out our sun room, there was little evidence of water damage at all!
Great experience with Marco and his team at PuroClean. First off, they are very responsive when setting up an appointment. They came and tested our carpet and walls for water damage due to a leaking bath tub that affected our carpet, walls, and baseboards, showing the areas affected. Shout out to Marco for taking my call. He was genuine, easy to talk to and made me feel like a valued customer. He provided more information and education on 10 minutes than I was able to acquire with hours of Google research. Highly recommend him and his company! Good customer service with authentic interactions are hard to come by, will be adding Marco and PuroClean to my rolodex of local business contacts and referrals.
