ZERO STARS. Worst experience EVER. They were so nice in the beginning, but then sent inexperienced 20 year olds who were clueless about what they were doing. I had to tell them what to do. I mean why would you stack the boxes where the furniture goes only to have to move all the boxes again? And why would you bring in the furniture first and the rug afterwards? My wife and I were very impressed with this company! We had the ice unit to a mini fridge fail when we were in Oregon. We came home to a disaster in Arizona! PuroClean was very efficient and professional in stabilizing this mess and alleviating our concerns of mold and other related issues surrounding this situation. Specifically, Jose and Andrew made sure everything was addressed and taken care of. They treated the situation as if it were their own home. Thanks, PuroClean for a job well done!
Andrew and Jose did a wonderful job mitigating a bad water leak we had in our kitchen. They were very respectful of our home and took extra care to remove all the water damaged items while carefully saving our kitchen cabinets for the rebuild. Was extremely pleased with PuroClean and would recommend to give them a call if you ever experience water damage to your home.
