Used PuroClean for water damage restoration, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was terrible—I had to constantly follow up for updates. The technicians arrived late and seemed rushed, and the quality of work was below expectations. To make matters worse, billing was unclear, and I was hit with unexpected charges. I would not recommend their services.
This place is great to work with everyone is so nice and professional. Nathen was great to talk to! If ever needed again will be using them.
This company is absolutely amazing! We had a sewer back up, and when I called I spoke with Laura the office manager who was so incredibly kind and efficient in helping take care of the mess! The guys that came to do the job were nice, and got the job done quickly. Definitely would recommend them to any and everyone!
