The team at PuroClean responded quickly to our water emergency in Iowa City. From the first phone call with Tarin, to the initial response from Shmaur and Dallas late at night. We had a great experience with this team! Shmaur, Dallas, TK, DJ, Nesh, Dane, Steve, and Adam were all extremely respectful, helpful, and professional. They worked really well together as a team and got everything done quickly and efficiently. Everyone was friendly, communicated well, and made the whole process so much easier. We REALLY appreciate all their hard work and would definitely recommend them!

Sump pump failed, basement full of carpet flooded. Puroclean responded and had everything out in a day. Each employee from the owner on down was professional, courteous and hard working. Highly recommend!

Adam, Shawn and their entire team stepped in when we needed them most. They were timely, thorough and very respectful of our home, property and even nosey dogs. We would recommend them without hesitation!!!
