I worked with PuroClean for about a year in an elderly living facility during multiple flooding incidents. Their demolition and mitigation work was acceptable—they kept areas reasonably clean, protected surfaces, and handled mold remediation and drying adequately. However, their reconstruction work was consistently unacceptable. We went through four subcontractors and in-house crews on the same job, and none were able to produce a quality finished product. These gentlemen of PuroClean: Dallas, Ryan, TJ, DaJohn, Nesh & TK (I think we may have had the entire team on site during the week of our water challenges) were extremely thorough, personable and easy to work with.
