The gentlemen that arrived were courteous, understanding and were able to answer my many questions. They were efficient in what they needed to accomplish in a timely fashion and set my mind at ease.
I must say I was very hesitant at first about PuroClean but I must say I was unaware of procedures and thought it was just a phone call. I did not know about claims and insurance companies. Once I was properly explained about procedures by Miss Misty it was a snap.
