Jim and their team were beyond amazing! They made sure we got everything we possibly could get replaced and remedied after a house fire. Extremely responsive proactive they fought Insurance on our behalf, to make sure that we were restored back to the original condition of our home which was a brand new construction less than a year-old. I cannot thank them enough for all the support, professionalism, quality work and care During a very stressful challenging time in our lives. Thank you PuroClean and Jim you are the best!💕
I’ve never had a leak, I’ve never had to go thru this process. It was overwhelming at first but then I met Jim. He walked me through everything with great detail. He even directed me to stores that had what my vision was when it came to redoing my entire bathroom. He made a very overwhelming process much more doable and I am so great full.
