If i can give it a 0 star i would the worst company ever to exist! Completely destroyed my house in every way possible and never showed up to do repairs. Left it unlivable for months and kept creating more and more damages intentionally instead of fixing what needed to be fixed. Did not clear out all the mold that was needed and had to point out the spots they missed. Their Racist they fired a young black man for refusing to lie on a statement regarding an employee rear ending a mother and her kids. That’s not okay
It was a pleasure working with Andrew as our project coordinator. From start to finish, he kept everything on track. His team, Jose and Brian, did an excellent job on our repairs. They were professional, respectful, and friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions and addressing any concerns.
We contacted PuroClean because of mold in our kitchen. Steve, the Operations Manager, got with us quickly and got started on remediation. The technicians, Luis and Isaak, were great to work with. They arrived everyday when they said they would and were courteous and respectful. Thank you PuroClean team!
