Thank you to the entire Puro clean team especially ****** who responded promptly when my basement was flooded after a water heater leak. He answered all my questions and did a thorough job of cleaning and drying my basement. They worked directly with my insurance so there were no hassles at all. All in all was a very positive experience. Highly recommend them.

Thank you to the Puro Clean team for an amazing job. I first met with ********* who inspected my house and explained the mitigation process and answered all my questions. I had a water pipe burst in the kitchen while away for the holidays and the basement flooded with almost 3ft of water. There was also damage to kitchen, living room and dining room.
