Mark Hayes and his team at PuroClean are the best. After mold was discovered in my master bath, they were quick to respond and it was remediated the same week. They really stand behind their work and their customer service is the second to none!

I do Appliance repair for a living and arrived to a home of a refrigerator making a funny noise . Upon inspection i could hear water running but couldn't find it . I then proceeded under the house to find a hot water line had burst . I Googled water damage there name appeared. I explained to Mark the situation and the fact there was a elderly person with health conditions. He arrived within the hour assess the issue and got his crew rolling and from speaking to the caretakers he helped them thru the whole process .

One of their drivers sped through a security gate to 7lakes west hoa and hit their traffic stop cone whilst ignoring the gate guard wearing hi vise orange vest and a bright yellow shirt. Very unprofessional and very dangerous given the extremely wet weather.
