Sadly we had an outside main drain pipe back up and we needed Puro Clean's services. Thankfully, we worked with them before and they were amazing so knowing they would come again was comforting. Today we had Kaii! He was super to work with. He is extremely polite and would explain things to my husband and to me (if I came in later) he worked very hard while here and was very professional, informative, kind, and understanding. I found this company very knowledgeable and helpful from Nigel when he came to give us a price and check things out to all of the guys that came to clean it out. Bobby Jesus and Frankie came the first day and were great and knew they needed to come back to finish it properly. Peter and Gage came the 2nd day and were very friendly and thorough with the cleaning. Very satisfied with puroclean and would recommend
