The team at PuroClean are true professionals. After a burst pipe incident in our home they were at our house within 3 hours of initial contact. Zuriel and Javier managed through the cleanup operation expertly so we are now on the mend. They always kept me informed as to what and when tasks would be performed. I will acknowledge that I asked them to do something they probably don’t do often. We have mold in our home and I asked for a pack-out because I wanted to save some of our cloth furniture. I waited over three weeks for a quote. They quoted me $42,000 for a single family home. I can replace everything we were trying to save three times over at that price. The restoration work itself was completed well, but I was very disappointed by their lack of transparency regarding payment methods and fees. They only accept checks or direct account transfers, and they charge a steep 3% fee if you pay by credit card. For large restoration projects, a 3% fee adds hundreds or even thousands of dollars in unexpected costs. This policy was never disclosed to me prior to starting the work.
