Suffered storm damage to our roof due to a fallen tree at 10:00 pm and PuroClean crew arrived at our house at 8:00 am the next morning. They cleared limbs away from the house, performed mitigation where the roof leaked inside and snuggly placed a tarp over the damaged roof area that prevented any leaks. PuroClean of Muncie and especially Courtney your a wonderful person and have work ethics out of this world what a great representative: PuroClean!!!! As the fire trucks were packing up and leaving from our devastating lose a PuroClean truck pulled up to contain and protect our remaining assets. With the home and contents secure and the openings from the fire closed. Our family was able to digest the situation knowing the remaining assets were safe. PuroClean did a great job! The customer service was excellent and they were all extremely helpful and answered all my questions. They were very professional, on time, and cleaned up after themselves.
