Dr. Vallabhaneni is great, she listens to every issue and tries to help as much as she can. Her Kendall Park office staff? INCREDIBLY UNPLEASANT. I go to the Edison Office usually and am used to a very competent and sweet staff. I assumed the same unfortunately of the Kendall park staff and was spoken to so rudely for absolutely no reason. I've visited both the Edison and Kendall Park office. Trying to obtain referrals, getting calls returned or any other information for that matter is like pulling teeth. I have to constantly keep calling them, its truly ridiculous. No respect for their patients health and time. Sorry but I can't recommend.
Dr. And entire staff is very kind and helpful in caring for all the needs for my parents. Highly recommend them.
Went to see Dr. Purnima Vallabhaneni for the first time and she was not the most welcoming. She seemed very rushed and was trying to end the appointment before I even got my questions out. I asked her about a doctor’s note for work and she told me I can get one from reception. I go to the receptionist and she tells me I have to wait for the doctor to finish with her new patient because she did not sign the doctor’s note.
