What a great experience. The personnel were so friendly and smiling. Was seen promptly I did not even have time to remove my coat before I was called.. the exam went so well . The pictures and the exam. I had a great conversation with Dr. Patel regarding diabetes and she advised me that so far no damage from diabetes to my eyes.looking forward to my next visit in March.
Easy appointment process! They actually answer the phone. Staff is wonderful. Dr. P is great.
I had a strange eyesight occurrence which scared me. No eye doctor could see me until I reached Dr. Patel. After explaining what happened to the receptionist, she spoke with Dr Patel and called me back with an appointment that afternoon. Dr Patel listened to my symptoms, did a thorough exam and fully explained my next steps. I am grateful that she worked me in even as a new patient and I highly recommend her.
I was impressed with how quickly they scheduled an appointment for me due to concerns I had regarding my vision. Staff communication and the technology used made intake fast and easy. Front desk is top notch.
